Experience: Norbert has been in the industry for more than 20 years. He commenced in the industry in consumer finance and moved into retail lending where the priority was to identify customer needs. During this period he also gained experience in commercial lending and financial planning. Norbert believes that the most important trait to have as a broker is to listen to the needs of the customers and to offer solutions, leading to exceptional service.
